What’s the difference between De Motor and a Fractional Head of Sales?
De Motor Intensive is essentially a Fractional Head of Sales. The difference is that De Motor is also available in lighter variants for companies that don’t need strategic leadership but do need operational maintenance.
Can I get De Motor without doing De Bouw first?
Yes, but I always start with De Scan to determine whether your system is ready for maintenance or needs to be built first.
What if I need more hours than the Intensive package?
Then we discuss a custom arrangement. For companies that need more than 10 hours per week, a full-time Head of Sales is probably a better option.
How quickly can I start?
After De Scan or an intake meeting, De Motor can start within 1-2 weeks. There’s no lengthy onboarding period.
